They very kindly obliged and I needed the lock number bc they didn’t have the key for a lock on the backpack and I needed to order another lock with the same number so that I can unlock it. Pro tip: Louis Vuitton trick. They kindly responded immediately and gave the CORRECT lock number so I could get that asap as well. ❤️ this seller!

Beautiful little bag in very good condition as described. Value is very good. Packaging kept purse safe and shipping was good too except way to expensive. But I knew the cost of packaging before I bought and factored it in so I’m still happy with my buy.
