The item shipped within a reasonable amount of time. The item was wrapped in plastic and bubble wrapped. I wish that it had been shipped in a box. The item was not, totally, as described. There was a whole in the bag that wasn’t mentioned in the listing. I’m sure that I can repair it, but would have liked to have known. I contacted the seller about this, and while it took a few days to resolve, they were willing to resolve it. I did get the bag at a good price. I will continue to shop with them.
