Shipping was very fast! It took less than a week to arrive—during a major holiday—and if it weren’t for customs holding it up for an extra couple of days, it would’ve been here even faster! It was secure in the box and covered so it wasn't going to be beat up anymore than it has been. The bag was as described. It is obviously well loved and that was made known. It’s still well put together and holds a lot of books and things! I will continue to wear it out with love. A nice bag to have. :)
