Shipping was very fast. Packaging was great. The item is as described. Except for the clasp on the necklace was faulty. This could have been due to shipping. However, the seller was very responsive and fair in resolving the issue. I am very impressed by how they were able to make it right. They have integrity. I would trust and buy again from them. As buyers, make sure you are aware of your country’s import and duties because it could be a lot, but it’s not the seller’s responsibility.
The clubs were sent very quickly and the packaging was excellent. The clubs IMO were brand new and so better than described. I am extremely happy with them. Make sure you check/get yourself an estimate for the additional import fees outside of Japan (except for the USA) dependant on your items cost. My were very high, but so were the cost of my items. The fees will likely be more than you expect and so is a consideration when buying. The seller also clearly states this about fees/DDU.
