The packaging was good with the ornament wrapped in packing paper carefully folded around the ornament. Ideally is could have been placed in a bubble pocket that would have protected it better. Shipping was great, came in a few days earlier than expected and packaging was fine. The pictures and description did not mention a broken handle so that was disappointing, however, the seller resolved this issue by offering a partial refund.
