Damaged in shipment -- most likely at the Louisville Post Office which has been a mess for months (thousands of Christmas packages not delivered until February!). Seller packaged well for most shippers, but not in this case for our local USPS. Handled the problem with the damaged item immediately and fairly. Shipped on time -- hence good rating there. Arrived only after substantial USPS delay. Good seller!
