Too many red flags. However seller, after a few messages, processed full refund quickly (w/ an odd warning not to return item w/ a used 1, as if it would be swapped). Suggestion to Seller is a more comprehensive review of item to instill trust from buyers, & ensure efficiency & transparency in purchase experience.

  2. Shipping was quick. However, details said it was a shampoo and conditioner. I received 2 shampoos. Not a big deal. I will use it the extra shampoo eventually. I now have to find a conditioner.
