I love this Baggallinni bag! It was shipped quickly and wrapped with genuine care, beautiful sparkling paper surrounded the bag and a plastic bag around that ensured it would not get wet while it was shipped. The Royal Copley cat playing a cello planter arrived very well packed. When I checked it, I found a small chip on one ear. At some point some paint appeared to have been applied. I contacted the seller who was very cordial & I was offered a partial refund which I accepted. I would buy from this seller again as anyone can miss such a flaw.
