I bought this said light damage to box but honestly it was absolutely nothing, the item was in great condition! Daughter loved it! Everything was there and loved the disclosure about the box but the damage was so so minimal! This was a great item, fair price, well packaged! Super happy with this purchase as exactly as described! This lovely little train arrived quickly, was exactly as described, and a good value that was very well packed for the item's safe delivery. I have been collecting these for years, but got busy and didn't get to Hallmark last Christmas, so I thought I had missed out, but this great seller saved me. Therefore, this fine vendor earned my highest recommendation.
The item was packaged well, the product itself had a few bumps on its box and on some wear on the booklet inside, which I assume was just due to it moving around. Everything else inside the Etb was in perfect condition and was factory sealed as described. Package arrived on time. Seems like a fair price for this Etb especially compared to other sellers!
