  1. Didn't actually get the product. It had sold out on their other site, and just didn't update before I put it in my cart. It happens. They were prompt to let me know what happened. Quickly got my money refunded. So, while I'm sad I didn't get my product, their customer service was absolutely impeccable. Have bought several other items from this seller, and it's all been great.
