After waiting an appropriate amount of time for the package to arrive, I contacted the seller who had shipped the package within a day of my purchase. They were extremely helpful, said they’d open a lost package inquiry with USPS and immediately offered a refund for my purchase. I did accept their offer and was refunded within 48 hours.   2. Imnot happy. I received my bottle of Aveda Vinilla absolute + base essential pol. It was already opened. The sellers site did not mention that it was opened. Their site said it was new. I contacted the seller asking why they didn't mention it was an opened bottle. I'm leary of using it. O asked if they have any unopened bottles that I can exchange the one they sent to me. Waiting to hear back from. No, I'm not happy!! I didn't mean to put positive rating. I was going to put negative rating!!

  3. Quality and condition of the product was good. The value was cheaper than what it would normally cost and that was a reason I went with this seller as well. Delivery was fast and the seller was responsive to questions. Product had very minor leakage but thats was bc the product has natural combustion in high heat shipping. Just need a little wipe was needed, but no defective or cracked product. So that was no problem at all.
