Received order promptly and on time. This item was new and described as such. It was competitively priced and a quality Redken product. The item was superbly packaged. Some sellers place these items in padded envelopes, so the box arrives crushed and will not stack well. This seller packaged it in its own box so it arrived in pristine condition.
