Because you packed it in two boxes, it survived. I am so grateful because this is a birthday present for someone and would be upset if USPS ruined it. I was expecting a roll of 6lb test according to the picture but I got 2lb test and couldn’t use it so the seller refunded the money to a gift card for later use. I was unaware that there were 3 different sizes available and wouldn’t have ordered the 2lb on purpose. The seller was great and said to keep the 2lb or give it away. Probably costs too much to return. If I order again I will double check and or specify ahead what test I need. That initial picture threw me off
