I received a product and it was wrapped really good in packaged however it got delivered to me broke and the perfume was almost gone and I contacted them to let them know and they right away give me a refund and let me keep the product I sent pictures but even at that they were very professional and I'm very happy I will be purchasing from them again you can't go wrong ordering from them. First time trying this product and as a conditioner it makes my hair soft and silky. Smells pretty too...I am an EL junkie - been using this brand since the 70's, and they still work wonders.
