Poor communication, didn't confirm it was the correct part despite me sending them the vin etc. when they did contact me back, all they kept saying was it's.too late, it's been shipped so probably wouldn't of accepted the return if it was the wrong part. However. It was the correct part, it was well packaged. Customer service is everything in my opinion. If you can't be bothered to reply to messages,.maybe your in the wrong business. This is the reason I've only given 3 stars and left neutral

  2. Ordered two shocks from two different sellers which turned out to be the same seller and poss’ Chinese based as customer service is GMT +2. Supplied vehicle details via ebay but seller wanted me to give these again which added a day plus one further day for them to tell me the part fitted. Ended up taking 6 days to arrive and came with other sellers shock which is still showing as order being prepared. Communication could be better.
