I bought this NOS Oil pump On July 30 from SECOPARTS.net. through EBAY It was to be shipped UPS ground with shipping in one day. On August 4th my EBAY said it had still not shipped. I looked up the company's address and phone # and made a voice call. I spoke the person who does the shipping and he admitted it had yet to be shipped. I explained that it was for my boat that was scheduled for a show on Aug 10. I asked to have it air freighted on their dime and I recieved it Aug 6
Excellent customer service, quality product, good condition items, prices generally reasonable, looks good to me. 10/10 would reccomend. Third party frieght company lost the item and found it a month later. SECO was going to replace it for me with a new one but it was thankfully recovered at the last frieght terminal and was delivered about a month after it was originally supposed to be delivered before they shipped out the replacement item.
New in original factory paper envelope. Shipped in well packed cardboard box. Part of a kit. Could be tan, green, or white. Item is black. Installed item is rather hidden or paint to match. As shown & described. Thank you!!
