"Seller has no control where brown delivered the package. Brown doesn't care their "proof of delivery photo" shows a package on a red porch of recipient's white house. When buyer's home is gray w/ teal trim and does not have a porch! Buyer does not know whose home it is in their proof photo, but sure it's not in the neighborhood.
