The radiator arrived with some damage to the base because of packing. The Supplier was very quick to reply and assured me that it was noted and they would revise how their packing would be done. Eric was very generous and reimbursed me for the cost of the repairs, which was unexpected. I would trust them now for good packing. The radiator quality is excellent
