The items that arrived are beautiful, of high quality, and would be wonderful, but I ordered two of the same (described as waist pillows), and received one waist and one neck pillow. They are pristine, packaged beautifully, and would make an amazing gift for a low price. Sadly, incorrect item was shipped, seller did a refund. I can't tell you how much I appreciate the seller correcting the error quickly and fairly. Wonderful experience, even if an error was made.
The item I received was in new clean dent free condition. However it took much longer to receive than I expected, over 2 weeks. The seller lists their location address as Fortuna, CA but after paying the seller's location was listed as Jinan High Tech Zone, Shandong Province, China. I thought this was misleading. But based on the tracking it was sent by air. It looks to an " original" real licensed product. Well packaged.
While the situation wasn't entirely smooth, The seller was really nice about it. I accidentally had the package sent to wrong address and later want to simply return the item. After the package was refused and returned to sender, the seller kindly refunded the item without me even asking!
