The laptop is exactly as described, and was well packaged for shipping. The unit was functional quickly, allowing me to install all my software without problems. The PC is quick and responsive, and the graphics are excellent. I had a minor issue when charging in that the charger was "trickle" charging, and I resolved that issue by purchasing a new Dell 130V charger. I am well pleased with the functionality of my purchase, and recommend this vendor!
