Advertised as new but had signs of prior use. Came poorly packaged: wrapped solely in a single layer of bubble wrap within a plastic envelope - no box. Fan casing had slight crease from transport, however item installed OK and does work at the moment.

Item was new and unopened, but shipped without protection. Address label was stuck directly onto the original packaging and got scuffed and markered by USPS, no longer mint but should work fine.
