the seller was great at advertising, proving great pics of the shoes, great price, packaging was good, and shipping costs were standard. I accidentally purchased these and realized that size 9 fits me for this brand of shoe. I just wish the seller would of canceled my order right after i placed the order and requested it so dont have to go through process of sending the item back and incur another shipping fee. For casual walking this brand of shoe in 9.5 mens is good,not not for athletic use.
Though there was a delay in shipping delivery I was still satisfied when opening the package. Packaging was not damaged and upon inspecting the product, the boots came as described in the description. Boots looked brand new and arrived in official Doc Martens shoe box. Definitely happy with my purchase based on its value. Boots fit exactly as well.
