Fine with seller, but shipping with FedEX could have been much better. Package was marked with "do not leave in hot sun", but package was left on front porch in 92 degree heat without any notification either by door bell or knocking on door. Do not know how long it was out there before somebody found it. Had to be refrigerated immediately due to melting.
The product was shipped in a timely & careful manner. The seller marked the package clearly to alert the shipper that the contents (chocolate) should not be left in the sun. Consequently, the chocolate arrived in good shape.
The ceramic pixie is just as it was described. Good condition. Item was packaged securely and I received it quickly. Good transaction.
