Excellent seller. The unit arrived quickly and was in apparent good shape. I had some trouble getting it to work properly for me so I contacted the seller. He offered some suggestions and told me he would refund my money plus shipping if I could not get it to work properly. It turned out to be my error (complicated by a user's manual that was a little short on information). The unit works fine. Great seller. Highly recommended.
The item was determined to be used vice open box by the seller before shipping. They were very honest about it and gave me the option to cancel the purchase. I chose to go ahead with the purchase and see what I would end up with. The item was in good shape, operates as it should but was missing a couple of parts. Unit was new but was defective. I really liked all of its' features. Seller promptly authorized a return for full credit. Great price, super communication and fast shipping. Unfortunately a defective unit. Still giving seller an A++ for how he handle this total transaction. Would buy from again.
