I was nervous about the delivery being with a long-haul carrier and not FedEx or UPs, however; Estes was great. Shipping time was on schedule and delivery was ahead of schedule. The seller answered my questions promptly and the shipping company was proactive with updates. Last, this chair was a very good value. The price was a couple hundred dollars less than anywhere else. I would buy again.
