They are size 9 according to my measurements. There are no tags nothing. Now the exact same shoes, like these , sell on the internet for a lot of money and they're called Mary Jane's , unbranded too , l have another pair of shoes that are labeled size( 9) I placed a tape measure inside from up against the toe to the very end of the heel, did the same thing with this pair of shoes it read 10 which means they are a size 9. I'm not sure about the width but both boat shoes look the same so I bet they're just a regular nine. I get all my ladies shoes from my sister who has issues with her feet. She tries them on at the store if it did when she gets home they don't fit the same she has issues with you. I'll go along with pre-owned, she's got about. They look brand new and if you're not happy with the way they fit you, send them back for a cash refund within 30 days.
