Great customer service. Continued to communicate and do what was needed to keep my item safe in the mail. Unfortunately, it did have two broken pieces. But nothing glue and fix. With these unique snow globes and all their shap edges I think it’s nearly impossible to receive them without a piece broken. Regardless the item looks just as pictured shipping was fast and well communicated and packaging was as well as it could be to keep it as safe as it could.
