Description
The original paint job for this Tarbosaurus didn't Impress me much, so I decided to give it some love with a complete paint job overhaul. Going for a very wet and meaty approach, I primed it, repainted and detailed the entirety of the figure, gave it a wash with some Vallejo flesh and sepia for extra detail, and finished it off with some satin and glossy varnish for some added scratch protection. The gloss varnish was used to give the mouth, teeth and bone more of a wet look. Fair warning, the scratch protection will not be perfect. This figure is meant to be added to a collection for display and not for play. That being said, it is still capable of being posed, closing it's jaw and turning it's head by twisting the tail slightly.
Looks better in person!
