The L’Oréal Panorama mascara arrived as described which was Brand New, Blackest Black #701 and full size of 0.33 fl. ounces or 9.9 ml. Product is brand new, unopened and appears to be fresh and not dried out. I purchased it here for less than I have seen it anywhere . Great quality. Shipping, a bit on the slow side but after looking over the tracking I discovered that the issue was the post office and not the seller. The seller provided a tracking number immediately. Gel eyeliner trio in slightly different shades was a great value! I love them. The colors are very pretty. The quality was unexpected. They stay on all day without smudging.
