Ordered a ArcSaber11Pro and it came within expected delivery date. Delivery did take a while(nearly a month) but I wasn't in a rush to get it. I was afraid of damage since it was shipped from India but they put a lot of effort into protecting the racket. Multiple layers of bubble wrap for the racket bag and more bubble wrap on the racket itself. Racket was good, undamaged, and looks sweet.
Arrived ahead of time :) Wrapped so well the box was not crushed in the least & you know how frail those larger boxes can be. Everything so pristine & new. Hubby needed a new wallet. Thought everything went very well, am very pleased.
