Our customer service experience with Vitabox was outstanding. Unfortunately, the version of the product sent was the updated version from CoverGirl in different packaging as they restructure their eyeshadow line-up. The new version is a slightly lighter shade, even though it uses the same name/number as the old one. Vitabox was very prompt responding to our communication and kindly issued a refund immediately. Would recommend them based on this experience alone.

Product was as expected and packaged well in a bubble wrap padded envelope. Listing said New in Box, but there was no box. It also said 1-4 day shipping and gave me a range of dates to expect the package for my zip code. Package came 5 days after the later date in their date range. The fact that the containers arrived intact and I wasn't in a hurry, I consider this an excellent transaction and would order from them again.
