Okay so even though my order arrived smashed I'm still leaving this guy a good review. I do not believe it was his fault, I believe it to be on my delivery driver's fault. I've got 3 broken packages, and 2 packages with animals, and all were DOA. All packages were messed up in some way though. So the seller and I spoke and he was out of stock now and couldn't just send me a replacement so we agreed on a refund. Overall the seller is friendly, understanding, & willing to help Can't ask for better
