Seller shipped quickly, and packaged item carefully. Perfume arrived new in original sealed cellophane, however there was an unanticipated issue with my bottle, which the seller could not have known about, since the perfume was sold brand new/sealed. Seller was responsive and professional when contacted about the issue, and the return/refund process was seamless and quick. Overall a positive experience, because of the way the seller handled the situation!
Description listed damage to box with photos. The damage was to one part of the box but it was also missing the bottom lid which I did not notice accurately from the photo nor was it specified in the description. I contacted the seller about this. They did not have a replacement however they worked to find a solution. I have no problem purchasing from them again if need be. Shipping was done in a timely manner and I received the package in good order.
