I ordered from this seller twice,my 1st package didn't have full postage so it required me to send it back twice,which finally the 3rd time it was correct & I received it. The 2nd unfortunately never came,the reason I put down positive experience is because the seller worked with me he got back to me right away when I explained to him the issues & he offered to give me a refund for both packages. When the 2nd package didn't arrive he gave me the refund within an hour.
Item arrived quickly, box not damaged by shipping. Puzzle pieces were in the original plastic bag that had been scotch taped closed. Unfortunately the puzzle is not in perfect condition because a piece is missing. Also includes a piece that belongs to a different puzzle. Otherwise a lovely puzzle, pieces in good shape and somewhat difficult to put together.
