Maybelline Lifter Liner Lip Liner with Hyaluronic Acid in Peaking 0.04 oz

The item that arrived was the same product pictured, but in different packaging. It was dated 2017 on the back of the package. I have allergies, and am not comfortable using a product that old. I contacted the seller, and they said that I could start a return. I haven't opened it, or started a return.
