The packaging, shipping and price of this lip liner were an excellent value. However, the liner is rather fragile and breaks easily. I found it helpful to apply lip balm or oil and then gently apply the liner. To sharpen it, I put the pencil in the freezer for a few minutes and then could sharpen it with no breakage. All of the liners I ordered were in their original boxes and arrived in perfect condition.
