Arrived safely and exactly as described. Containers were wrapped in protective plastic but there package took a severe beating in transit, thankfully, the plastic wrap protected the contents. Great value. Condition was as stated in the listing. Product appeared was exactly as pictured. Quality of product seems to be as if bought in a store. Appears that all is good. Product looks good, containers are in good physical condition, shipping was timely. Appearance was good.
The item was in perfect condition, and made well - the cost was about 25% what you would pay in the store and they look amazing. The only problem I had was with the USPS had lost the package, but the seller shipped it promptly and even offered to replace the item but then it showed up after not moving at the USPS for a week. I wouldn’t hesitate to do business with the seller again, great prompt communication
Cannot rave about this seller enough. First & foremost lipsticks arrived in perfect condition - all the way from Florida to Australia. The postage was reasonable and took about 12 days all up. Also very communicative and friendly which was appreciated. Cannot recommend this seller more highly! Kudos to her for a job well done and also for having my favourite lipstick - I’m thrilled 🙏🏼
