The bag is high quality, however, it was packed in a smaller box which affected the shape of the top part of the bag. Inside wasn't adequately packed maybe that's why the front top part of the bag at the cover flap side was bent inward. I have stuffed it well to help reshape it back to how it's supposed to be. It should've been packed well with care. I do however am thankful it was shipped early. Thank you for that. Love the bag.
