Well, somewhere along the line they had a communication with their system that could not get me a tracking number after I ordered the product so I wrote him a little note basically and they got back to me and told me don’t worry about it. It’s on its way and it’ll be here on timeand I’ll tell you what I just received the items today and they kept their word so anytime you want to do business with these people I suggest to do it thank you very much for your service and your customer service

  2. Item arrived in new condition, as stated, and competitively priced, compared to other sellers. However, the reason for the neutral rating is based on receiving no tracking information 6 days after purchase, which forced me to have to reach out the seller. They did reply stating they had technical issues, and sent a tracking screenshot, not a link. I had to copy down tracking online for myself. A little step like sending a link, goes a long way in good customer relations.

  3. Only issue: Slow to ship! I paid on the 12th and received it on the 20th. The pulley is just as described, no issue with quality, condition, appearance or value. I contacted seller to check on shipping date because it didn’t show that it had been shipped and I did receive a response with in a timely manner (over night). I would buy from this seller again if there was no rush for the part.
