Prompt shipping and appropriate packaging. Part (an electric motor for the brush attachment of a vacuum cleaner) working and as described. Reasonable pricing. Would do business with them again. However, USPS messed up the shipping. The part shipped the same day as I ordered it but took 12 days to get from Florida to Massachusetts. Most of the time, there was no status, just "on the say to the next facility."
