USPS Priority shipping was only option availible and paid for but tracking came up UPS Ground which is significantly cheaper. Nothing was said so I messaged and seller said there was an issue with USPS label so they chose UPS. Take that for what you will. They did refund me some for the difference in shipping and were very communicative. Also, did pay for item on 12/17/25 and arrived 12/30/25. Giving positive review because they were open after I asked.
Originally, product came to me not as described. The product was definitely used and broken. But I was able to get in touch with the seller in a short time and was able to resolve this issue. I highly recommend from this seller. It was not their fault the product appeared unopened and unaltered but that was not the case. Very happy that seller was accommodating and willing to work something out.
