  1. Wrong item. All of the information in the sellers add said right hand set. I received a left-hand set. The barcode label on the box manufacturer part number was crossed out. This label indicated right hand so somebody knew something was wrong. The seller was gracious enough to offer a $150 rebate so that I could then resell the item rather than return. The cost of full return would’ve been $100 ship round trip leaving me a $50 resale margin. I also have to float the cost and find the right set.

  2. Item arrived incomplete (missing dongle) & pre-activated, not matching "new sealed" description. Seller apologized quickly, offered a refund or to locate the missing part, very comforting and responsive to work with honest seller. Communication slowed later, but seller issued full refund without any issues. Honest reseller who did all they could to make it right, I'd 100% buy from them again. Solid effort and positive experience overall. I wish all seller's were honest like this seller.
