When I contacted the seller with a question, they got back to me with an answer promptly. The package was shipped quickly after I placed the order. The shoes were shipped using their shoebox (I appreciate the lack of wasteful packaging, running shoes won’t get damaged inside a shoe box), and it was well taped to prevent the box from being damaged or opened. The shoes are in new condition, in their original box - so exactly as described. I wouldn’t hesitate buying from this person again.
These authentic Keens are in FANTASTIC shape! I feel they are better than described, and EUC. They were packed well and shipped fast at perhaps a little higher rate than I'd have liked, but considering the original price of the boot compared to what other sellers are asking - not to mention their "like new" condition - I'm not going to quibble. Plus the boots are heavy to ship. Overall, this was a flawless transaction, and I feel my money is well spent. Shop with confidence!
Very fast shipping. Shoes were in original box, packaged and taped well. As decribed and pictured. Only a couple small spots on them but not really a big deal. These were the glow in the dark brooks and I wasn't aware until i received them! So, thats an added bonus!! Great price for these shoes. Had asked seller a question and they got back to me quickly.
