My item was advertised as Brand New, but arrived used in a visibly opened/battered box with key parts damaged or missing. The seller claims this was a mix-up: that they also had a new version of the item in stock, but both used the wrong pictures (of a damaged item) for the listing AND subsequently sent the wrong item. Whether you believe that story or not, the seller was at least conciliatory and promptly accepted a return/refund, so I ve changed this review from negative to neutral.
