Seller shipped in a timely fashion and arrived within a week despite inclement weather. the packaging was torn and the item was visible, however, this may not been an oversight by the Seller, rather maybe rough handling by the PO. I was very happy that the item was ok, and not soiled or damaged. I messaged the Seller in effort to secure a lower price, but there was no response. The Seller does not accept offers but it would've been nice to connect. the item was as described. TY very much!
