The item showed up new and even though there was a slight mishaps with it, and it was NOT THEIR FAULT I understand how sometimes when you send things off one condition through the series of passing different hands, that condition can change Fed Ex "bent" my package & this company apologized first and foremost and reached back out to me, to do whatever they could. I would buy from them again hands down.
