They acknowledged their shipping mistake and thanked me for my honesty. The customer service were very helpful and are sending a pre-paid return label. Arrived fully assembled The quality is better than the one it's replacing. The color, and design will fit's well with our home. The price and structure are much better than expected.

  3. As usual, Zoro had a competitive price and they shipped fast. Unfortunately, the part I received, while the correct part # listed in the description, did not match the part in the picture. I did some research and found out that this was not really Zoro's fault. EVERY listing on Ebay and elsewhere uses the same stock photo. Evidently, it is the stock photo used by Parker as well. Zoro issued a prompt refund. Which is why they're a great seller that gets positive feedback and 5 starts!
