I opened a claim, and even though the seller was not responsible whatsoever, he offered to refund my money. Luckily, the item arrived 2 days later without any notification from the USPS. Stand up guy, great seller with amazingly fast ship speeds, AND he threw me a bonus card in the shipment. 10/10
Seller had the package in the mail within a day and was extremely well protected. Pictures didn’t do this watch justice, it lQQks much better in person.
