After buying the item, it came to my realization that the seller sent us the incorrect package. After getting the item and working with the seller to ship it back to him. We were under the pretense that we would still get the item we initially purchased. Although respectful in conversation he did not follow through on what he promised and I was greatly disappointed. From a financial aspect, I understand, but from a businesses aspect, he should have followed through with what he said he would do
Received in perfect condition, crystal glasses were VERY well packaged (buying anything fragile is always a worry with shipping). Glasses were just as described, in new condition. Very easy transaction, would definitely buy from this seller again.
