With a height of 5.17 metres, the David was the first colossal marble statue made in the High Renaissance, and since classical antiquity, a precedent for the 16th century and beyond. ~~~ An antique 1892 b/w half-tone lithograph depicting a scene from a time long-gone-by; a scene that may even no longer exist. This little print is just lovely, above my exceptions. It's a gift for a friend, we were in Portugal together in April, I will have it framed and this will be a one of a kind reminder of the fun we had. Shipping was fast, item was packed extremely well, seller provided lots of communication and shipment was timely.
Good packaging, accurate description. Took longer than I expected due to a shipping mixup (that wasn’t the sellers fault) and they submitted an inquiry to find the package once it was made known it never arrived. Good communication.
